Even a rather new home in the North Shore of Boston is subjected to many weather changes—rain, snow, ice and even sun may cause structural damage after a few repetitions. WORKS helps homeowners protect their homes in many ways. For one home in Rowley, that protection included replacing the improper flashing on a back porch, which had allowed water to accumulate between the porch and the house. As a result, the siding was compromised and the exterior sheathing (the plywood under the siding) had to be replaced. To reach and fix all the problems, we had to tear down and rebuild the porch.
The goal of repairs and renovations by any professional building contractor is to keep buildings structural sound as well as beautiful and comfortable. WORKS by Jesse DeBenedictis takes that goal very seriously, using only proven products and techniques.
You can depend on WORKS for all the construction, painting and renovation projects on your list. Rowley was founded by the Reverend Ezekiel Rogers and twenty families who sailed from England in 1639. The town celebrated its 375th anniversary in 2014. Rowley claims the first stone arch bridge in North America, built entirely without mortar, and was once known for producing hemp, flex and cotton cloth.
