We hired WORKS by Jesse DeBenedictis for our full home remodel and addition in Gloucester. Being friends with the owner of the company, ensured knew we were in the right hands.  We started with project planning to determine our costs, general scope, and schedule of the project.  Soon we the moved into architecture, working with db2 Architecture.  They really helped us visualize the project and partnered with Jesse and his team to understand the engineering and final outcome.   We are so happy we did what we did. They did a great job saving the old, while working in the new.  Now that we have finished, we would highly recommend using both an architect and builder to plan out the details in order to get the best results. We now realize we saved some old items that should have replaced, and should have added more in floor heat, because it really feels does feel great.   The team was always flexible with us on changes we made mid-project, and we are so glad chose to upgraded to the better products.   We are so happy with our home and will have many memories to share with our family and friends.  One thing we are so impressed with, is WORKS by JD keeps coming back for anything that may need adjustment, isn’t working correctly, or just to check the attic to make sure the insulation stayed intact. The 5- year Warranty is the real thing.   We know we can recommend WORKS by Jesse DeBenedictis, because they really provide a great plan, a great team, a great outcome.  - Chassea R.

DB2 Architecture / Joseph Zello

Year completed:

2021

This is another of our Cape Ann cottage conversions. After generations of seasonal use, the owners of this cottage decide convert it to their primary family home. The goal was to make the space more functional, add a second floor master suite, retain some features of the previous generations' improvements and make better use of the property's incredible ocean views. This Remodel was Featured in Builder+Architect Magazine.
