CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The WORKS by JD operations team includes in-house project managers, carpentry and painting divisions. They will work together to follow the set schedule from the project planning phase.
Your Team
Your Project Manager will assign a Project Supervisor or Lead Carpenter. They will oversee the work being done and provide you with daily communications in person and through the WORKS by JD Client portal.
Client Portal
Now that the crews are working to complete your project, you will have access to the WORKS by JD Client Portal. Each day that the crew is working, you will get regular updates, photos and progress notes.
Necessary Change Orders
If your project needs to be adjusted from the original plan, a change order will be created, approved by you and reconciled through our office.
