The key to a successful home remodel project is to setting realistic expectations, budgets, timelines, and goals prior to any major work being done.

Introduction Meeting

Your WORKS by JD Job Specialist will introduce you to your Project Manager who will walk you through the job. You'll be able to participate and highlight any fine details. You will receive a preferred vendor and shopping list of specialty items.

Design

We will pair you with a designer, architect or engineer uniquely chosen to meet your needs and personality. Once you've had a chance to connect about a gameplan, it's time to make some decisions.

Selections

You will work with our team to choose everything from cabinetry and fixtures to appliances and paint colors. Meanwhile, your project manager is diligently meeting with specialty trade subcontractors to gather quotes.

Budgeting

Now that your selections have been made and quotes gathered, your Project Manager will build a budget for your project. This will be reviewed by you and upon your approval, we'll develop a scope of work and construction contract. We will answer any and all questions you may have along the way.

Timeline

Once contracts are signed and a deposit is received, it's time to order materials and specialty items. Additionally, we will build your schedule, get subcontractors aligned and pull the proper permits. We now have a tentative construction timeline and will keep you in the loop for the start date. We want you to know what to expect and we can't wait to exceed your expectations to build beyond better.
