Job Description

We are growing! Our Carpenters and Lead Carpenters handle a variety of residential renovation projects, primarily based on the North Shore.

Our carpenters work on all types of renovation projects – from bathroom remodels to full house renovations. To succeed, applicants will possess 5+years of professional carpentry experience, with strong frame through finish skills. The ability to work independently, communicate effectively with customers, and manage projects are essential! Must have reliable transportation. References and a background check are required.

Our Lead Carpenters are critical to our success, functioning as both working carpenters and site supervisors. To succeed, applicants must have 7-10 years of professional carpentry experience (preferably high end finish skills), prior lead carpentry skills (or strong potential), and strong project management skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and drive project schedules and budgets. Truck and fuel card are provided.

We are growing! Our WORKS painting division is searching for high quality Painters to meet our residential painting demands.

Our Painters work as part of a team to handle both interior and exterior painting work for residential customers on the north shore of Massachusetts. They are responsible for setting up the job site; preparing surfaces for paint; and then applying paint using proper techniques, tools and materials.

Prior professional painting experience is essential, with solid knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint/stain applications, and brush/spray/roller methods. The ability to tape and mud, handle rot repair, and handle minor carpentry projects are a plus.
